汪阳洁，77779193永利集团副院长、教授、博士生导师，湖南省两型社会与生态文明协同创新中心（省级研究基地）副主任，中国青年农业经济学家论坛年度学者，湖南省青年科技人才(“荷尖”)和青年骨干教师。主要研究方向包括资源环境经济与可持续发展管理。在国内外学术期刊American Journal of Agricultural Economics (AJAE)，Global Environmental Change，IJPE，AJARE，Energy Economics，《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《经济学（季刊）》等发表论文40余篇。主持国家自科基金重大项目课题、面上和青年项目4项，成果获湖南省科学技术进步一等奖、全国商业科技进步二等奖。将学术研究与社会服务、政策应用紧密结合，多份政策报告被中办、教育部、农业农村部、水利部等采纳，获党和国家领导人批示。担任中国农业技术经济学会青年委员会副主任、中国“双法”研究会能源经济与管理研究分会常务理事、中国系统工程学会生态环境系统工程专业委员会委员等工作。课程和教学团队分别入选教育部首批研究生教育“课程思政示范课程”和教育部课程思政“教学名师和团队”。
